We finished our evaluation of sources with the "Truth about Paul Revere's Ride". The kids did a good job in pointing out the inconsistencies with the other sources and even discussed reasons why a primary source might be missing information. It was a detailed dive into this topic!
We tried a fun activity about perspective in what we see. The kids had to draw 4 different views of the same block structure. Some were very challenging because of the perspective.
Our math activity was a continuation of our study of statistics. We worked several examples of mean, median, and mode. The answers to the problems will spell out a Math Lib. Should be fun to read!
Novel Study:
We read a bit more of our novel. The kids really enjoyed our Kahoot to challenge their critical thinking skills! Then they worked on a Tin Man SCAMPER to stretch their divergent thinking skills.
Divergent/Affective:
We worked on the plotline for the Super Hero comics. The kids will continue this next week.
HW: Seesaw-Perspective
Until next time,
