We started our day with CSI-Style Stations. Today, we analyzed some evidence from the Crime Scene including an imprint of a secret note, fingerprints from two cups, a brown-stained paper towel, and the cola in each of the cups. The kids did a fantastic job with the analyses, coming up with some interesting theories about the suspects. A great big "THANK YOU" to our wonderful parent volunteers who made things work smoothly at the Cola Analysis and Brown Stain Analysis.
We also stretched our logical thinking skills, and our creativity with our station activities later-Versatiles, "Draw Your Favorite Scene" from our book, and a logic puzzle.
Finally, we finished Chapters 7 & 8 in our novel. We're getting close to the end, only 2 chapters left. The mystery is getting to the good part now!
