Algebraic Thinking: We tackled uncharted territory today with our first set of Word Problems. The kids did GREAT with this new challenge!
Stations: Our convergent thinking task was different than anything we've done before. The kids really dug in and worked hard to solve the case. Our creativity and divergent thinking was challenged with our SCAMPER activity. It's truly amazing what kids can come up with when they have freedom and time!
Novel study: We finished up our work on chapter 4 with a kid created word search. They had fun solving the puzzles too!
Focus study: We spent our time sharing our creative constellations and learning more about constellations with our Glow in the Dark Constellation book. The kids thought it was SO COOL! We can't wait for Star Lab next week!
