About me
Professionally Speaking: I am National Board Certified Teacher with expertise in curriculum differentiation to meet needs of learners at all levels. I enjoy working with gifted students and helping them to spread their wings and fly! I've been a Cobb County educator for 11 years--1 year teaching Gifted kids at Mt. Bethel, 7 years teaching fourth graders at Eastvalley, and 3 years teaching first graders at Keheley.
I'm almost finished with my doctoral degree in Teaching and Learning, concentrating on gifted education, I'm also interested in the efficacy of different forms of math instruction, and culturally responsive teaching.
