We enjoyed several presentations today. The kids are doing a great job-such creativity! We also worked on creating Frog Posters for our special Frog Gallery--featuring Augmented Reality!
HW: Finish Frog project, Get "Safety Issues" sheet signed by a parent, study for Frog Post-test-May 1st. Wow! We had a great day today! We were lucky enough to have an encore journaling session with Mrs. Silverman. What a treat!
One of our other stations was computer lab for work on: our Frog Projects, some creative thinking, and a poster for our Frog Gallery. There will be some exciting news about the Gallery coming soon-think Augmented Reality! Next, we worked on some review with "Frog Anatomy" from our frog packets. This is a good review for our frog dissection in May. The kids were making all sorts of relationships and connections to find the answers to some tough questions! Our final station was reading our novel, Ungifted. We read a few chapters and then used our communication and divergent thinking skills to create a letter of advice to one of the characters in the book. HW: Work on the project, finish the Frog Poster. Unfazed by all the rotations! Mrs. Kraeger |
