We had a short, but action-packed Target Day!  The kids finished solved the Case of Felix Navidad.  We recorded a video on our Flipgrid to explain the case.  Check it out here to see if you can solve the case after viewing the evidence: Case of Felix Navidad.  Stay tuned next week for the solution to this mystery!

It was so good to see the kids again today!  We had a fantastic day in Target!

We got the day off to a wonderful start with our Crime Lab Stations.  Thanks very much to our parent helpers!  We couldn't have done it without you! 

The kids gathered and analyzed the rest of the evidence from the Crime Scene, including pH testing, cryptology, and chemical testing.  The kids added their findings on our Suspects Chart to help them narrow down the clues and evidence to determine a solution.

Later the kids used Flipgrid to share a description of the crime, add all the evidence, and ask for the viewers' opinions on who committed the crime.  Please check them out next week.

We also used our convergent thinking to work on logic puzzles and divergent thinking on our December F2OE.  

The exciting news is that we finished our novel, From the Mixed-Up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler.  The kids loved the ending, especially the SURPRISE!
